Indulge in an endless feast of family-style Italian dishes expertly crafted by Chef DiSpirito in collaboration with Corso's talented executive Chef Philip Thompson. Expect a symphony of flavours featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients and market-driven creations.
This exclusive evening will showcase Niagara's vibrant culinary scene. Each course will be perfectly paired with exquisite wines from local winemaker Emma Garner of Peller Estates.

The experience starts at 6:00 pm with a welcome reception including Niagara sparkling wine, then an endless family-style Italian dinner with wine pairings starting at 7:00 pm.
