An Evening with the Winemaker from Don Tomasi

Join us at Corso for a taste of Sicily as we welcome the winemaker from Don Tomasi Winery for a special dinner on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

This is more than just a meal; it's a journey guided by the winemaker himself. With his son translating, you'll hear firsthand stories about the land, the grapes, and the passion that goes into every bottle. The experience will be a four-course, family-style meal, allowing you to share the warmth and tradition of a true Sicilian feast. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a Don Tomasi wine to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Your evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a cocktail hour, featuring a refreshing sparkling wine paired with a selection of authentic Sicilian cheeses. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m., with highlights from the menu including:

  • Antipasto Course: Lamb-stuffed Arancino, a classic Sicilian fried rice ball.

  • Pasta Course: A rich and comforting Pasta Alla Norma.

  • Main Course: Spada and Involtini di Pesce Spada (swordfish), and Coniglio in agrodolce (rabbit)

  • Dessert Course: In-house-made Cannoli and a scoop of Chardonnay Gelato.
